Co-Working Office
In response to the rise of remote work since 2020, this company sought to encourage their employees to return to the office by implementing a redesign focused on enhancing collaboration. The new layout includes four distinct areas: individual workspaces, collaboration zones, relaxed work areas, and meeting rooms.
Relaxed work areas, such as the kitchen and dining spaces, offer fixed tables for employees who prefer a more casual working environment. The meeting room features a glass partition for privacy while maintaining a connection to the rest of the office. Together, these design elements encourage collaboration and facilitate a more productive and enjoyable work environment.
The individual workspaces provide a dedicated area for employees who prefer to work independently, complete with phone booths for private conversations. The collaboration space centres around a large whiteboard and flexible seating to facilitate teamwork and idea sharing.
