The apartment is a newly built 2-bedroom unit that has been carefully crafted and staged for sale. The design focuses on highlighting the apartment’s best features and enables prospective buyers to envision themselves inhabiting the space and its potential.
The primary objective was to develop an ambiance that would appeal to a wide range of buyers. Therefore, we specified a neutral colour palette in conjunction with natural textures to create a warm and inviting atmosphere that would allow potential buyers to visualise their belongings in the space.
The design also considers the layout of the apartment and ensures that each open area has its own distinct space. This was achieved by creating subtle barriers and using rugs to anchor furniture pieces.
