The apartment is a newly built 2-bedroom unit that has been carefully crafted and staged for sale. The design focuses on highlighting the apartment’s best features and enables prospective buyers to envision themselves inhabiting the space and its potential.

The primary objective was to develop an ambiance that would appeal to a wide range of buyers. Therefore, we specified a neutral colour palette in conjunction with natural textures to create a warm and inviting atmosphere that would allow potential buyers to visualise their belongings in the space.

The design also considers the layout of the apartment and ensures that each open area has its own distinct space. This was achieved by creating subtle barriers and using rugs to anchor furniture pieces.

We’ll then provide you with guides to help you gather measurements, photos, and other relevant details about the space. Using this information, we’ll create a customised design based on the package you choose. The final design will be delivered to you in a digital format that you can implement yourself. By cutting out travel expenses etc. e-design is an affordable, cost-effective and convenient way to obtain professional design assistance for your space, no matter where you’re located.
